At the same time, we’ll honour the importance of your current experiences, recognizing that not everything is rooted in the past. It’s a delicate dance between confronting our history and protecting our present peace of mind. My flower therapy sessions combine the calming and restorative power of nature activities with compassion-focused therapy techniques, specifically designed to alleviate stress. Sustainable Dried Flower Arranging
Come along and explore the art of sustainable floral design with me! In this hands-on workshop, I’ll show you how to craft your own dried flower arrangement or bouquet using a lovely selection of preserved flowers. You’ll go home with a handmade creation and the skills to keep arranging at home.
This workshop is ideal for, corporate team bonding, wellness events, hen and birthday parties or simply a relaxing stress-relief activity. Tailored for any occasion, I can customise the colour palette to match your theme or company branding, making it personal and unique to your event.

Maggie Sade Coker
Maggie, more commonly known as Sade, is a floral artist and qualified holistic mental health practitioner with a dedicated passion for naturopathic ways of healing and African botany. I am trained in Suicide Prevention Education, Corporate Mental Health First Aid Trainer, Clinical Aromatherapy, Thai yoga massage, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) working with couples and individuals. I am the founder of FlowerTalk Official and created a Flower Therapy concept, tailored for the release of creative expression and stress relief.
