Her deep passion for naturopathic healing and plant wisdom informs every aspect of her work, blending ancestral knowledge with modern therapeutic practices.

How can holistic counselling support me?
Therapy can be a powerful tool for growth at any stage of life—you don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. Holistic counselling is a form of self-care, much like acupuncture, massage, yoga, or meditation. It offers you the space to gain clarity, develop new skills, and build momentum toward creating a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with your well-being.
In many communities, especially in underserved parts of Accra, mental health care is either unaffordable or out of reach. Yet emotional wellbeing is not a luxury — it’s a necessity for living a full, healthy, and meaningful life.
The Flower Therapy Fund was created to ensure that marginalized women, men, and young people can access free or heavily subsidised mental health coaching and holistic wellness workshops. Our sessions combine emotional support with nature-based, creative, and community-driven approaches that restore hope and connection.
What we provide through the fund:

Creative healing sessions – Flower therapy, art therapy, and nature-inspired wellbeing practices

Holistic counselling expands on traditional talk therapy, offering a deeper and more integrative approach. Together, we’ll have meaningful conversations, reflecting on past experiences—such as childhood and relationship patterns—to understand how they may still shape your present.
At the same time, we’ll honour the importance of your current experiences, recognizing that not everything is rooted in the past. It’s a delicate dance between confronting our history and protecting our present peace of mind. Our work will focus on both healing what came before and nurturing the here and now, supporting your mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and existential well-being.

My flower therapy sessions combine the calming and restorative power of nature activities with compassion-focused therapy techniques, specifically designed to alleviate stress. These sessions provide a safe space for individuals to explore their emotions, build resilience, and cultivate a sense of peace and balance creatively.

In addition to the therapeutic sessions, I provide fun and creative flower-making activities, such as:

Sustainable Dried Flower Arranging
Come along and explore the art of sustainable floral design with me! In this hands-on workshop, I’ll show you how to craft your own dried flower arrangement or bouquet using a lovely selection of preserved flowers. You’ll go home with a handmade creation and the skills to keep arranging at home.
This workshop is ideal for, corporate team bonding, wellness events, hen and birthday parties or simply a relaxing stress-relief activity. Tailored for any occasion, I can customise the colour palette to match your theme or company branding, making it personal and unique to your event.
